When you complete your booking on our website, you will receive an  order confirmation to your email containing your booking details. 

Our operation team will calways ontact you to reconfirm your tour at least one day in advance. 

Our driver will come to your hotel and pick you up at the agreed tour date and time. Our driver will come at the hotels  lobby with a signboard with your name on it and then take you to the tours starting point where you meet your  guide and the tour will start.

You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the experience date. 

With us, you don't pay anything until the tour day. Your booking is based on trust, as we trust you to attend the tour. 

Yes. Private and corporate group tours are available for 2 to 100 people. To request a private tour, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
